About the Course
What is 30 Days to Metabolic Health?
It's a 30-day guided video program designed to help you understand and improve your metabolic health. Each day, you get a focused video lesson from Robert Lufkin MD — covering nutrition, fasting, movement, sleep, stress management, and the science behind why these interventions work. The course also includes downloadable PDFs, trackers, and assessments at Day 1, Day 15, and Day 30 so you can measure your progress.
Who is Robert Lufkin MD?
Robert Lufkin MD is a physician, former professor at both UCLA and USC, and a New York Times bestselling author. He has published hundreds of peer-reviewed research papers and has spent decades at the intersection of medicine and health optimization. His work now focuses on metabolic health, longevity, and bridging the gap between what conventional medicine measures and what actually determines how you feel.
How long are the daily lessons?
Most lessons run 10–20 minutes. They're designed to be focused and actionable — not hour-long lectures. Each one gives you a specific concept and a concrete action step for the day.
What topics does the course cover?
The 30 days are organized into four weeks:
  • Week 1: Metabolic foundations — understanding insulin resistance, blood sugar, nutrition basics, reading food labels, and your baseline assessment
  • Week 2: Nutrition deep dives — anti-inflammatory eating, fasting protocols, gut health, hydration, and meal planning
  • Week 3: Lifestyle factors — sleep optimization, stress management, movement, circadian rhythm, and environmental health
  • Week 4: Integration and sustainability — putting it all together, advanced strategies, final assessment, and long-term maintenance
Plus 3 bonus lessons on advanced longevity science, understanding your medical scans, and deeper fasting protocols.
Do I need any medical background to follow the course?
Not at all. The course is designed for anyone, regardless of medical knowledge. Robert Lufkin MD explains everything in plain language. When scientific concepts come up, they're always grounded in practical terms — what it means for you, and what you can do about it.

Course Content
Is this a diet program?
No. This is a metabolic health education program. While we cover nutrition extensively — including what to eat, what to avoid, and how meal timing affects your metabolism — we don't prescribe a rigid diet plan. The goal is to help you understand the science so you can make informed decisions that work for your life.
Do I need to fast?
Fasting is one of several tools we discuss in the course, but it's not a requirement. We explain the science of time-restricted eating and fasting protocols so you can decide if and how to incorporate them. If fasting isn't right for you, there's plenty in the course that applies regardless.
Should I consult my doctor before starting?
We always recommend discussing any health changes with your physician, especially if you have existing medical conditions, are on medication, or are pregnant or nursing. This course is educational — it's designed to complement your medical care, not replace it.
Are there downloadable materials?
Yes. The course includes 16+ downloadable PDFs — trackers, checklists, meal plans, lab reference sheets, reflection journals, and more. These are available within each lesson and can be printed or used digitally.
Payment & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
Is there a refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with the course, email us at ada.openclaw8888@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
I have a discount code. How do I use it?
Enter your code on the checkout page in the "Coupon code" field. The discount will be applied immediately. If you have a direct link with the coupon built in, the discount will apply automatically when you reach checkout.
Medical Disclaimer
Is this medical advice?
No. While Robert Lufkin MD is a physician, former professor at UCLA and USC, and a New York Times bestselling author with decades of clinical and research experience, this course is strictly educational. The information presented in 30 Days to Metabolic Health is intended to help you understand metabolic health concepts, interpret research, and have more informed conversations with your own healthcare provider. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, exercise, fasting routine, supplements, or medications.
Can this course replace my doctor?
Absolutely not — and that is by design. This course is built to complement your medical care, not replace it. We believe the best health outcomes happen when patients are educated and empowered to have better conversations with their doctors. Robert Lufkin MD created this program because he saw, after decades in medicine, that many patients leave their appointments without the full picture. The goal is to close that knowledge gap so you can advocate for yourself more effectively within the medical system.
Who should NOT take this course?
This course is not appropriate for anyone looking for a specific medical treatment plan. If you have a serious medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, have a history of eating disorders, or are on medication that affects blood sugar or metabolism, please consult your physician before beginning. The educational content in this course is general in nature and is not tailored to any individual's specific medical situation.
