• Your 14-day refund window begins on the date of purchase, not the date you start the course.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or other payment method used at checkout).
• Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be revoked.
• We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
